The position is for 3 years, starting October 2013 and provides a salary, covers the health insurance with an opportunity to earn further by teaching. IFSTTAR is a French public research institute responsible for the transportation related research areas, whereas Lille is the capital of the north of France, fourth largest city here, with excellent train connection to Brussels (40 min), Paris (1h) and London (1.5h).
